We offer two different ways to join us here at the Chrysalis Centre. We accept self-referrals and professional referrals.
Self Referrals
If you are aged 18 or over, identify as female and require emotional support, we may be able to help you.
Please complete the below referral form using the link below and email it to info@chrysaliscentre.org. Once your completed referral form is received, a member of the team will ring you, usually within two weeks to complete your registration and give you more information about our services.

Professional Referrals
If you have either a client or patient that is aged 18 or over, identifies as female, and you feel that emotional support would help.
Please complete the below referral form using the link below and email it to us at info@chrysaliscentre.org. Once the referral form has been received, we will contact your patient/client directly to complete their registration over the phone and talk to them about our services.
